Q. My Telephone bill doesn’t really add up. Am I reading this right?
A: If you believe you are missing toll or other charges please look at the front and back of pages of bills.
Q: When are payments due to Sully Telephone?
A: Payments should be received by the 20th of month. If payments are not received by the 20th there is a possibility that next month’s statement will show past due balance.
Q: What information do you need when I call about my bill?
A:When calling about account we only need the last four digits of account number.
