My Bill

Q:  My telephone bill doesn’t add up.  Am I reading it correctly?  Click here for a sample bill. If you still have questions, please contact us directly.

A:  If you feel your billing charges are incorrect please make sure you look at the front and back of the pages of your bill.

Q:  When are payments due to Sully Telephone?

A:  Payments need to be received by the 20th of the month.  If payments are not received by the 20th there is a possibility that a past-due amount will show up on your next month’s bill.

Q:  What information do we need when you call about your bill?

A:  When calling about you account we only need the last four digits of your account number.

Internet Service

Q:  Why is my Internet service slow?

A:  There can be several reasons your Internet service is slow.  The number of users in a household competing for the bandwidth/speed you are subscribing to.  Home wireless (WiFi) connection.  Computer age.  Computer viruses.  Overloaded web site/server you are trying to access.  Things to try before calling Sully Telephone.  1.) You can try rebooting your computer or modem/router to see if that improves the service.  2.) You can also try connecting your computer directly to the modem/router via an Ethernet cable to isolate a speed issue from your WiFi network.

Q:  How much bandwidth/speed do I need? 

A:  For the average household of four members 25 mbps is typically adequate for browsing, shopping, watching short videos, studying and streaming music. If you have more than six devices and/or are streaming HD video, you may experience better speeds with a bigger package.

Q:  How do I contact customer service?

A:  Customer service for billing, technical or other service inquiries is available during regular business hours.  A local, live person will be happy to assist you.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. Feel free to call us at the number below or complete this form.

Q:  How do I contact Sully Telephone after hours?

A:  You may call our regular business number after hours and we will respond no later than the next business day. Service outages will be addressed immediately.
